Introducing ‘The Conversational Referral Model’
This new conversational approach will involve referrals into Children’s Social Care (CSC) being made by a telephone conversation with a Social Worker to share concerns about a child and request support from CSC. The conversation will allow for a rich amount of information to be gathered in one conversation, a mutual understanding of worries and joint decision making.
We are offering a 1 hour virtual briefing and x 2 face to face briefings. You only need to attend one session. The face to face briefings will be 2 hours allowing for a Q&A at the end where you can ask any questions you may have about the model and increase understanding and confidence ahead of the May launch.
