Practitioner Engagement Session
Practitioner Engagement Session
As part of the Leadership and Culture priority for the Sefton Safeguarding Children Partnership (SSCP), a key development is to strengthen the links between Sefton SCP and our front-line practitioners. In order to achieve this, a model of engagement will be adopted and implemented.
The session is an opportunity to share learning from recent case review activity, explore the cases from a practitioner perspective, reflect on how we can take the learning into our multi-agency practice and where we can build on good practice. The sessions are a great opportunity to take time to play your part in making sure that the Safeguarding Partnership responds to learning in a way which makes the most impact to the children and families we work with and to shape the practice issues. There will also be input on latest national developments which affect multi-agency safeguarding and topical input from local Sefton partner agencies.
- We need your feedback to ensure Sefton SCP training offer is what you need!.
- We want to share learning from multi agency audits/reviews, and national reviews and discuss how we will embed learning
- We need to hear if there are barriers to good practice from a practitioner’s perspective.
